Rick’s Café Américain is Ordovician’s overwater bar and one of the resort’s most social gathering places, set directly above the Caribbean in Isla Grande. The menu is designed for sharing, with wood-fired pizza, tapas, relaxed plates, and Garden-to-Glass cocktails crafted with fresh herbs, fruit, and ingredients grown on the island.
